Did you know that it costs over £4,000.00 per month (£1,000.00 per week) just to keep the doors of St. Thomas' Church open? (Based on expenditure for the financial year 2019 / 2020)

Where does the money go? Well, over the year we pay for :-
* Shared Ministry Fund (Monthly Parish share to the Diocese)
* Oil and Electricity
* Maintenance, cleaning and repairs of the building
* Maintenance of the clock and organ
* Building and content insurance
​
These are just some of the major bills we face each month. There are many smaller bills and this does not include major repairs and any upgrading or improvement work which we would like to do.
WE NEED YOUR HELP
As you can see we need your help to ensure the future of St. Thomas' Church so that we can continue to provide a place of worship in the heart of Douglas. Any contribution, no matter how small, will be most gratefully received and every penny donated will be used to further God's work in the parish.
